Popcorn Cake

8 cups popped popcorn

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon of vinegar

1/4 teaspoon of salt

3/4 cup butter

1 cup M&Ms

1 cup nuts

1 cup of marshmallows

Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine next 6 ingredients in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches hard ball stage (260`).

Remove from heat; add butter, stirring until butter melts. Pour in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring until popcorn is evenly coated.

Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Press mixture into well greased 6 cup ring mould. Cool completely. Remove from mould onto serving plate.
