Mandarin Cranberry Relish


Adding mandarin oranges to this Thanksgiving favorite gives it a completely new taste, reminiscent of Chinese cuisine. And this recipe is simple to make, with no cooking required.

INGREDIENTS

1 can (15 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger, or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
Dash of nutmeg
1 can (11 oz.) DEL MONTE® Mandarin Oranges, drained


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine cranberry sauce, onion, ginger and nutmeg; mix well.

2. Gently stir in oranges.

Chill until serving time.
