California Egg Puff
10 15 eggs
1/2 3/4 c. flour
1 1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1 7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 1-1/2 pints cottage cheese
1 1-1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
Beat eggs until light. Add other ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes for 9x13, or 50 minutes for 10x15
Cut in squares.
