Broccoli/Cheese Casserole

1-16 oz. Bag frozen broccoli florets
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz.)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package.
Mix soup, cheese, & eggs; add broccoli.
Pour into medium-size casserole dish.
Melt butter in a separate bowl in the microwave; add crackers.
Sprinkle cracker mixture on top of broccoli mixture in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
